Role: Head of Client Coverage, Transaction Structuring & OriginationLocation: Abuja, NigeriaRole Title:We’re seeking a highly experienced professional to lead client coverage, transaction origination, and deal structuring for a leading financial services group. The ideal candidate will have a strong investment banking background, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven record of delivering complex financial solutions.Key Responsibilities:Originate, structure, and execute high-value transactions across multiple sectors.Drive client acquisition and retention among corporate, institutional, and government clients.Lead end-to-end deal execution — from financial modelling and due diligence to negotiations and closing.Provide strategic advisory and market insights to clients and executive management.Collaborate across subsidiaries to deliver integrated financial solutions.Achieve revenue and profitability targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.Master’s degree/MBA preferred.ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.10–12 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, structured finance, or financial advisory.Strong expertise in transaction origination, structuring, and financial modelling.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.How to apply:Interested and qualified candidates should send their resumes to esther@dwightpatterson.co.uk with “Head of Client Coverage” as the subject line.
