Job Description

Objective: We seek hire an experienced, competent and collaborative individual to join our Lubricant Team to drive Lubricants business for the company.Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Onsite)Main Key Responsibilities:Establishing strategic plans and sales objectives in line with company’s targetsDeveloping and implementing sales action-plans within different channels: key accounts, distributors, resellers, export & retail networkSurveying consumer needs & trends, as well as, tracking our competitorsAnalyzing country market trends and discovering innovative opportunities for growthIdentifying new product prospects, and/or product, packaging, and service improvementsForecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goalsInteracting with the LOB team to grow/maintain big accounts (mines, power-plants, etc.)Managing prospective clients and determining the frequency to solicit them to build a sustainable base for regional growthAchieve all budget targetsOverall commercial responsibility of the lubricant business in the countryManaging, training, coaching, setting goals and monitoring performance of sales teamPreparing and reviewing annual budgetsInteracting with colleagues from the LOB to discuss products strategy, technical support, value-added solutions as well as Sales & Operations processesInteract with CSL (customer service & logistic) department to guarantee maximum service level to customersLiaise closely with the Lubricant Blending Plant on production schedules and stock required to meet customer demandResponsible for all HSEQ issues related to the function and the assets of the company at Lubricant Customer and Dealership SitesWork with sales team to prepare marketing budgets in line with business objectivesMonitor customer satisfaction regarding quality of products and services and solve/report immediately any issues that may compromise quality of products and servicesKey Performance Indicators:Achievement of laid down topline & bottom-line BudgetsTimely management of MISControl on fiscal exposure / Credit Control within approved limitsCompletion of budgeted marketing activities & utilization of the budgetsQualification/Experience/Key Competencies:Minimum of second-class upper degree in social science with over 12 years’ experience in Lubricant salesMaster’s degree as well as experience across the country will be an added advantageGood technical knowhow on lubricants and other petroleum productsIndustry KnowledgeConceptually strong frame work of mindCommunicationGood Leadership AbilityWinning Instinct & DriveGood at Planning & OrganizingGood Interpersonal skillsTo apply, click here: https://bit.ly/3LOOt7d
