Head of BI & Performance

 Industry: Forex BrokerageWe are seeking an experienced Head of BI & Performance to lead end-to-end data analytics and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.About the RoleAs the Head of BI & Performance, you will drive the company’s data strategy by developing robust KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance insights. You will integrate data from trading, CRM, finance, and marketing systems to deliver meaningful analytics that support operational efficiency, profitability, and risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop KPI frameworks for Dealing, Sales, and Finance teamsBuild and maintain advanced BI dashboards (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)Analyze trading volumes, spreads, LTV/CAC, and client profitabilityPrepare monthly management insights and performance reportsIdentify anomalies, toxic flow, latency issues, and other factors affecting performanceCandidate ProfileWe’re looking for a data-driven professional with:✔ Proven experience in BI, Data Analysis, or Performance Management within brokerage, fintech, or trading environments✔ Strong proficiency in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau✔ Excellent analytical and reporting skills✔ Experience with trading systems, CRM data, and financial reporting (strong advantage)✔ Residence in Cyprus or willingness to relocateQualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3–5 years of relevant experience preferredCompensation & Benefits Salary: €40,000 – €60,000 annually Benefits:13th salaryAnnual performance bonus
