We are on a mission to make holistic health accessible through modern, science-backed, and Ayurveda-inspired solutions.Role OverviewThe Head of Brand & Growth will serve as the P&L owner for all online channels, responsible for scaling our D2C business and strengthening the brand across digital touchpoints. This leader will craft and execute the growth blueprint that drives profitable acquisition, retention, and long-term customer value (LTV).Core MissionTo architect the brand, deploy marketing budgets strategically, and drive sustainable, profitable growth across all digital and D2C channels.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a 12-month brand, creative, and D2C growth strategy aligned with business objectives.Translate the company’s vision into actionable marketing and customer acquisition plans.Team & Partner ManagementBuild, lead, and mentor internal and external teams across performance marketing, SEO, content, influencer marketing, and marketplaces.Manage and collaborate with agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure ROI-focused execution.Growth & PerformanceOwn unit economics across online channels — track, analyze, and optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS to ensure profitability.Oversee paid media, CRM, email marketing, and retention programs to drive repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.Use data, analytics, and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization) to continuously improve performance.Brand & CreativeBuild a strong, differentiated brand narrative across digital and offline touchpoints.Oversee content, communication, and creative storytelling that reflect the brand’s ethos and connect with consumers emotionally.Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Tech, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer experience excellence from awareness to post-purchase.Collaborate with leadership on pricing, assortment, and channel strategies.Ideal Candidate Profile6–10+ years of experience in D2C growth, digital marketing, or brand leadership, preferably in consumer wellness, healthcare, nutraceutical, or CPG sectors.Proven track record of scaling a brand from ₹10 Cr to ₹50–100 Cr+ in online revenue.Deep understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, data analytics, and eCommerce operations.Strong creative and brand sensibility — able to balance storytelling with performance metrics.Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.Data-driven mindset with fluency in metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and contribution margin.
