JOB DESCRIPTION – Head of Business (Our Client)Job Title:Head of BusinessReports to:Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Job Objective:The Head of Business leads our client's end-to-end commercial operations with direct responsibility for Pre-Owned iPhones, Accessories, and New Business Ventures. This role drives sustainable revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic expansion across multiple business units. The role holder works closely with the Group CEO to define direction, scale operations, build new revenue streams, and strengthen our client's dominance in technology retail and lifestyle solutions.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & GrowthLead brand development and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.Develop and implement business strategies across all verticals: Pre-Owned iPhones, Accessories, and New Businesses.Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic partnerships.Translate the Group CEO’s vision into actionable business plans.Develop business cases for new categories, products, and territories.2. Business Development & Market ExpansionDrive commercial growth of the Pre-Owned iPhone and Accessories lines for profitability and market expansion.Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, OEMs, and logistics providers for competitive pricing and sustainable supply.Explore and launch new business ventures that strengthen our client's retail ecosystem.Establish nationwide sales and distribution frameworks for new initiatives.3. Operations & Commercial ManagementOversee operational efficiency across existing and new product lines.Manage pricing, inventory, cost, and margin performance.Optimize cost structures while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.Lead demand forecasting and sales planning to prevent stockouts or overstock.4. Financial Performance & ProfitabilityDevelop and manage budgets, P&L, and investment roadmaps across business categories.Track financial performance and drive initiatives to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets.Ensure transparency and accountability in all financial and commercial operations.5. Innovation & Business DiversificationFoster innovation in sourcing, sales models, and customer engagement.Identify and execute new digital, retail, or partnership-based opportunities.Leverage technology and customer analytics for strategic decision-making.6.
