Identify opportunities, expand key accounts, and develop strategic partnerships.Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders, major enterprise clients, and decision-makers.Acquire new business in targeted segments, including retail chains, petrol stations, and CIT/channel partners [CIT means companies that securely transport and handle cash for businesses and banks]Lead and mentor a small sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability. Oversee complex sales cycles involving hardware, software, and managed services.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and achieve customer success.Monitor KPIs, pipeline, market trends, and competitor actions; provide structured reports.Enhance market credibility and support adoption of front- and back-office automation solutions.Your ProfileProven experience in business development or sales leadership in retail technology, automation, payment solutions, banking tech, or B2B environments.Strong understanding of the German retail and/or banking market, with expertise in managing enterprise or channel relationships.
