Role OverviewThe Head of Digital Streaming Services serves as the overall strategic, commercial, and operational leader for the company's OTT (Over-the-Top) streaming business. This role is responsible for driving subscriber acquisition, retention, revenue growth, product performance, and overall business profitability. The position oversees brand management, product lifecycle development, performance marketing, and cross-functional execution to ensure the OTT business remains competitive and delivers strong consumer value.Key Responsibilities1. Growth & Revenue LeadershipLead overall subscriber growth strategy, including acquisition, retention, engagement, and upsell initiatives.Drive revenue performance by optimizing customer lifetime value and implementing monetization strategies.2. Product & Portfolio ManagementOversee OTT product portfolio development to ensure relevance, competitiveness, and high customer satisfaction.Work closely with the Product team to refine product roadmaps, enhance user journeys, and launch new features.3. Performance Marketing & Funnel OptimizationLead full-funnel performance marketing strategies to scale growth efficiently.Manage marketing budgets to ensure high ROI and cost-effective execution.4. Partnerships & DistributionIdentify and build strategic distribution and content partnerships to grow reach and engagement.Assess market opportunities and ensure alignment with product and business needs.5. Insights, Analytics & Business ModellingLeverage data to understand user behavior, market trends, and consumption patterns.Oversee forecasting, financial modelling, and budget management for the OTT business.6. Leadership & Cross-Functional ManagementManage and develop the OTT business team.Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and external partners to drive business priorities.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field; graduate studies preferred.Experience in Telecoms, Digital Services, Media, Technology, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, product management, or digital business leadership.Proven track record in leading teams to deliver subscriber growth, revenue results, and new business initiatives.Strong background in digital performance marketing and growth methodologies.Experience managing P&L or major revenue-impacting business units.Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and execution capability.Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and work under pressure.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
