We’re a DTC food subscription business, with proven product-market fit, ready for the next 10x jump. We don’t do retail — we build our own channel, our own customer relationship, and our own operating system.Finance is a core lever to keep doubling without chaos.That’s why we’re hiring a Head of Finance to own the full finance function, build the systems for scale, and give the leadership team crystal-clear numbers to run the business.What you’ll ownMonthly + annual financial statements and clean close rhythmIn-house accounting in DATEVasp (with Finance Manager + tax advisor)Finance operations end-to-end, automation, and process qualityFP&A: forecasting, budgeting, scenario planningLiquidity, cashflow, and working capital managementUnit economics, cost steering, and cross-pillar analysisData analytics + reporting stack for core metrics (with Tech lead)Risk/legal/insurance topics at a pragmatic scale-up levelBuilding and leading the finance team for the next stageERP selection + rollout (co-owned with Ops)What success looks like (12–24 months)Finance becomes boringly reliable: fast close, trusted numbersA real planning cadence supports doublingCash and working capital are tightly controlledDashboards and unit economics drive decisionsFinance tooling is coherent and ERP-readyMulti-country complexity (VAT, customs, cross-boarder transactions) managed without bureaucracyWhat we’re looking for7–10+ years in finance leadership roles (scale-up and/or FMCG/DTC preferred)Excellent accounting, controlling, and FP&A knowledgeBuilder mindset: process design, automation, systemsComfortable in multi-country setups and high-growth ambiguityStrong cash and unit-economics intuitionTools: DATEVasp, Moss, Easybill, Pathway, BigQueryFluent in German & EnglishIf this sounds like your mountain, please send:CVa few bullets on the most complex finance system you built or scaledand why Every
