Oversee all finance, planning, and reporting functions while building scalable capability to support expansion, M&A integration, and delivery of cutting-edge distributed energy assets. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of financial management, accounting, and control to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.Lead the development of robust budgeting, forecasting, and performance management frameworks to drive strategic and operational outcomes.Manage governance, risk, treasury, and corporate reporting functions in line with regulatory and Board requirements.Design and implement scalable finance systems, processes, and automation to enhance efficiency and data integrity.Provide clear, insightful communication to executives, the Board, and external stakeholders to support informed decision-making.Lead and inspire the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on capability building, innovation, and continuous improvement.About YouCA/CPA qualified experience leading a finance function (HOF/FD/CFO) within high-growth energy/infrastructure businesses.Proven experience scaling up systems (including ERP Implementation), finance + operational functions, and reporting for significant growth.Deep expertise across corporate governance, statutory reporting, FP&A, and auditStrong communicator and strategic thinker with the ability to influence at Board and executive levels.Commercially astute, hands-on, and capable of operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Collaborative leader with a passion for innovation and operational excellenceWhat is in it for you?This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven energy business at the forefront of Australia’s clean energy transition.
