About the JobReporting to Group Head, of High Net Worth, this pivotal role aims to capitalize on fast growing opportunities in the insurance sector by creating a differentiated, premium customer experience that drives loyalty, revenue growth and market leadership in Asia.Develop and execute a comprehensive regional HNW customer proposition strategy aligned with the company’s overall growth objectives.Partner with Great Eastern distribution channels, including Great Eastern and OCBC group, to co-develop industry-leading solutions across the HNW wealth continuum.Collaborate with partners to curate premium experiences that enhance customer loyalty and differentiate our offerings in the HNW segment.Manage and execute strategic and tactical projects and events to foster community and trust among customers, ensuring their evolving needs are met with innovative insurance solutionsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine propositions and curate compelling partnerships to acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
