Head of InvestmentsThe successful candidate will lead the organization’s investment strategy, multi-sector portfolio, and long-term asset development in alignment with regional strategic priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Investment LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive investment strategy aligned with organizational vision and economic development objectives.Provide executive-level insights on global and regional market trends, capital allocation, and new investment opportunities.Lead strategic planning for long-term asset growth and capital preservation.Portfolio & Asset ManagementOversee diversified portfolios across real estate, infrastructure and alternative investments.Drive rigorous financial modeling, due diligence, feasibility assessments, and investment analysis.Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and strategic goals.Deal Sourcing, Structuring & ExecutionIdentify and evaluate new investment opportunities, partnerships, and joint ventures.Lead negotiations with investors, developers, and financial institutions.Prepare investment papers, recommendations, and presentations for committees and board review.Governance & Risk ManagementEstablish robust investment governance frameworks and decision-making processes.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.Implement comprehensive risk management practices for all investment activities.Leadership & Team DevelopmentBuild and mentor a high-performing investment team with best-in-class analytical and execution capabilities.Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and disciplined investment management.Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership to support organizational priorities.Qualifications & Experience15+ years of progressive experience in investment management, asset management, private equity, corporate finance, or sovereign/family-office environments.Proven track record overseeing complex, multi-sector investment portfolios.Strong experience in structuring transactions, evaluating large-scale projects, and negotiating strategic deals.Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA or similar certification preferred.Deep understanding of the Saudi market, investment regulatory environment, and transformation initiatives.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
