About The JobWe are looking for the strategic IT personnelResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure strong performance and continuous growth.Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Provide guidance to senior management on emerging technology trends and innovations that can enhance business operations.Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.Ensure smooth implementation of system upgrades, integrations, and new technologies.Implement and maintain strong information security systems and policies.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and internal policies.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable technology solutions.Ensure timely and effective IT support to all departments to maintain high productivity.Lead IT-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet quality and timeline expectations.Support organizational change management initiatives involving new systems or technologies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.5-7 years of experience in IT leadership or management role.Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise system.Experience in budgeting, project management and IT strategy development.Effective communication skills both technical and nontechnical.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Apply now
