Job Description

Responsibility:1. Project Solution Design: Provide appropriate comprehensive security solutions and products based on drawings or actual on-site environment2. Project Delivery Implementation: Guide clients to complete project installation and configuration guidance, complete project delivery training, and write delivery summary documents3. Product or Solution Promotion Training: Organize product introductions, new product demos, roadshows, and solution presentations4. Certification Training: Organize theoretical and operational certification training5. Daily technical support: CCTV,Access Control,Video Intercom,Intrusion Alarm;Troubleshooting support on-site or remotely for after-sales issues, regular inspection of key projects6. Excellent time management and communication skillsQualifications:1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics and communication, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, which can be used as a working language;2. More than 2 years of technical support experience, relevant work experience in the security industry is preferred, and familiarity with network technology is preferred;3. Have good communication skills, service awareness and document writing skills, work rigorously, meticulously, and bear hardships and stand hard work;4. Accept high-frequency business trips from overseas regions.** Bachelor's degree is MUST**
