Head of IT Production (Odoo Expert)

We’re hiring!Head of Production (Odoo Expert)Onsite in Cibuntu, Cibitung – Jawa BaratPT Lakon Cipta Teknologi (lakon.tech) is assisting one of our valued partners in finding a visionary Head of Production (Odoo Expert) to lead their ERP transformation and production excellence journey.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main bridge between client teams and internal Odoo/project teams, ensuring clear communication and aligned goals.Oversee ERP/Odoo project implementation across multiple affiliated manufacturing companies.Ensure the system architecture and business process design meet both client and company standards.Coordinate with Project Managers from each affiliate to maintain consistency and delivery quality.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.Lead the validation and integration of functional modules including:Injection AW Project: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing.IT Inventory Project: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Custom (Bea Cukai) Reporting.FG Invoice & Manufacturing Project: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Invoicing (Accounting).Local Purchasing & Finance Project: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing.Oversee and support BHT Scan, Plantation, and ERP (Japan Company) initiatives under the production and ERP domain.Provide direction on process optimization and best practices for manufacturing operations using Odoo ERP.Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst, Technical Team, and Management to align business needs with technical solutions.Lead with a strategic mindset while remaining hands-on in problem solving and system review.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in ERP/Odoo system management or implementation.Strong understanding of business processes: production, finance, logistics, HR, and supply chain.Proven experience managing multi-affiliate or multi-site ERP projects.Excellent leadership, coordination, and client communication skills.Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day technical and operational details.Fluent in English and Indonesian.Willing to work onsite in Cibuntu, Cibitung (Jawa Barat).About the RoleYou’ll be leading a talented team to optimize operations, enhance ERP (Odoo) workflows, and drive innovation across production and related business functions.
