Head of Legal Affairs

Draft and review international contracts, policies for the company’s overseas factories, and other cross-border legal documents; develop model templates for commonly used international contracts and legal documents of the company; provide legal and compliance review opinions for the company’s cross-border businesses and products; offer compliance guidance on the systems, processes, and daily operations of the company’s overseas factories; independently handle legal matters related to cross-border businesses; and be responsible for legal work associated with the establishment of overseas branches.Manage cross-border legal disputes, as well as relevant litigation and arbitration cases arising from daily operations.Overall manage legal resources of countries/regions relevant to the company’s cross-border businesses, and coordinate and communicate with domestic international legal counsel and overseas lawyers.Monitor and analyze domestic/foreign laws, regulations, and law enforcement trends related to export controls, sanctions, antitrust, and data privacy protection; conduct internal assessments, provide compliance recommendations, and drive the implementation of such recommendations within the company.Establish and improve the compliance management system for the company’s cross-border businesses.Participate in due diligence, legal negotiations, drafting and review of project contracts for the company’s cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other commercial projects; identify project risks and propose solutions.Handle other legal affairs of the company and complete other tasks assigned by management.
