Ensures that services are delivered according to established service level agreementsManage and execute maintenance activities for production equipment and GMP facilities & Utilities.In addition, adhere to KPI’s that measure asset availability, effectiveness, and efficiency (e.g. OEE, Planned Equipment Down Time, Unplanned Equipment Down Time, Energy Saving etc.). To maximize equipment availability and optimize life cycle costsApprove GMP documents and documents related to production proceduresReview the application for access control permissions in the responsible area and conduct periodic reviewQualification And ExperienceBachelor’s Degree (science or engineering is preferred)Graduate or higher-level degree is preferred10 or more years’ work experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry5 or more years’ people management experience5 or more years’ plant maintenance, engineering, or related experience in the pharmaceutical industryJob Required CompetenciesExpert knowledge of Maintenance and Calibration standards, production equipment operation, and clean room technologyExpert knowledge of GMP HVAC, plant utility systems, building automation systems / building management systems, clean room technologyExperience with start-up, commissioning and qualification of utilities equipment, including requirements for documentation and testing preferredExpert knowledge of cGMP relevant to the pharmaceutical industryStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influenceAble to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plansTakes ownership, drives results, and achieves expected outcomesExceptional customer and stakeholder management skills Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
