The organization is dedicated to building thriving communities and fostering sustainable value. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Operations located in Dubai. The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing teams across departments, developing and implementing operational policies, analyzing metrics and performance data, and managing budgets effectively to meet organizational objectives. This role demands proactive leadership and collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Strong expertise in Operations Management and BudgetingProficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data and improve performanceProven ability in Team Management and fostering collaborationExcellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with internal and external stakeholdersStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience in the real estate, investment, or property management sectors is a plusBachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).Minimum 7–10 years of experience in property management Operations, with at least 3 years in a senior role.Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, DLD & RERA regulations.Proven track record in leasing, tenant relations, and portfolio management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (Yardi, SAP, or similar).Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
