Head Of Operations (Dialog Finance PLC)The JobBanking Operations Oversight: Lead all banking operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.Digital Customer Experience: Enhance digital service operations and customer experience across all touchpoints to drive satisfaction and engagement.Digital KYC Compliance: Oversee Digital KYC operations, ensuring alignment with CBSL and internal governance requirements.Reconciliation & Settlements: Manage reconciliation and settlement processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Payments Operations: Supervise payment operations with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.Risk & Governance: Strengthen operational risk controls, process governance, and adherence to SLAs.Automation & Innovation: Champion operational digitization, process automation, and service innovation.Regulatory Liaison: Act as the key liaison with CBSL and other regulators to ensure compliance with all operational and reporting requirements.The PersonExperience: Minimum 5 years in senior management roles within banking or financial operations.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills:Strong knowledge of CBSL regulations and Digital KYC processesExpertise in operational risk management and financial operationsProven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and high-volume operationsExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExecution-focused, compliance-driven, and customer-oriented.
