Head of People & Culture | Swillhouse Hospitality GroupSydney CBD | Executive Team RoleSwillhouse is in an exciting phase of growth, cultural transformation and leadership renewal and we’re searching for a Head of People & Culture who’s passionate about shaping culture, empowering leaders and helping define our next chapter.In this role, you’ll lead our people strategy across our award-winning venues – including Restaurant Hubert, Le Foote, Alberto’s Lounge, The Baxter Inn, Caterpillar Club, Barons and more. You’ll work closely with our CEO and Executive Team to build a high-performing, values-driven culture, strengthen leadership capability and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional hospitality at scale.This role is hands-on, strategic and business-critical.
