ABOUT THE ROLE:The Head of People Operations is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the People Function. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing people strategies that align with our business objectives, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and industry regulations.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute comprehensive people policies and strategies that support the company's goals and drive organisational success.Implement effective performance management processes to foster high performance and accountability.Ensure all People practices comply with local labour laws and industry regulations, managing employee relations and mitigating risks.Streamline People processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging technology and optimising resources.Leverage people analytics and HR data to inform strategic decision-making, identify trends, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.Provide people related advice and management guidance to all staff.Champion Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) compliance and embed a strong health and wellbeing culture across the organisation.Oversee the management of the company HRIS and ensure data accuracy in all people related processes.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, coaching the P&C Business Partner, to ensure alignment and effective communication.Support the CPO in the overview of Manila operations and advise on best practice people processes and policies in accordance with Philippines legislation.QUALIFICATIONS:ExperienceProven experience in a senior HR leadership role.Tertiary qualification required, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.Experience overseeing the full employee lifecycle from an operational perspective.Background in managing compliance with labour laws and industry regulations.Familiarity with managing HRIS systems and ensuring data accuracy.Experience supporting offshore operations, particularly in the Philippines.SkillsStrategic thinking and ability to align people initiatives with business objectives.Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.Ability to coach and guide internal HR partners and business leaders.Skilled in streamlining processes and leveraging technology for efficiency.Knowledge of remuneration strategy development and implementation.Competence in managing employee relations and mitigating risks.THE PERKS!
