Role: Head of ProgrammeFull-TimeLocation: On Campus (Mumbai)We are seeking an experienced and motivated Programme Lead to oversee academic delivery, support staff and students, and ensure high-quality teaching across our programmes in Mumbai. This is a face-to-face leadership role requiring strong academic expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to an outstanding student experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the delivery of assigned programmes and modules, ensuring academic quality and consistencySupport and supervise lecturers and associate staff, ensuring high standards of teaching, assessment, and student engagementOversee curriculum delivery, update teaching materials, and ensure compliance with programme specificationsManage assessment processes, including setting, moderating, verifying, and ensuring timely feedbackMonitor student performance, engagement, and progression, addressing concerns and signposting support where appropriateContribute to quality assurance, including programme evaluations, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement initiativesEngage in scholarship to maintain subject expertise and support teaching innovationCoordinate academic operations, including timetabling, programme committee activities, placements, and external academic eventsSupport student recruitment, academic interviews, and promotional activitiesEssential RequirementsMaster’s degree in a relevant disciplineStrong experience in higher education teaching, curriculum delivery, and quality assuranceDemonstrated academic leadership or coordination experienceExcellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and lead teams effectivelyHigh digital capability, including use of VLEs and technology-enhanced learning toolsCommitment to student success, professional development, and institutional valuesAbility to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekendsDesirablePhD (or working towards)Experience with research, enterprise, or external partnershipsMembership of relevant professional bodiesExperience leading quality enhancement initiativesAdditional InformationThis is a fully on-campus position based in Mumbai, with some travel across sites as needed.
