We are growing and actively developing a chiller rental division across the EU.The chiller rental market has huge potential. All major manufacturers already offer rental services. At the same time, we see many opportunities on this market: faster and better customer service, lower pricing, and more.WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?To become the driving force behind the development of chiller rental sales across the EU.We are looking for someone who will make an aggressive breakthrough on the rental market — someone who wants to build a new business line from scratch, lead it, and grow into a C-level executive on the international stage.Your main goals:Conduct a thorough analysis of the EU chiller rental market (by country).Develop a pricing model and USP for each EU country (priority in phase one: Poland).Launch marketing campaigns and create a landing page (with an external contractor).Grow rental sales: find clients independently during the first stage and sign contracts.Build a team and develop a motivation system.Sign 100 chiller rental contracts within 2 years (by the end of 2027).You’re our ideal candidate if you:Have successful experience in cold sales (prospecting, calls, meetings).Speak Polish at B2+ level.Speak English at B1+ level.Are ready for business trips across the entire EU.Have proven success in acquiring new clients in foreign markets.We offer:High compensation.
