We’re driven by sustainability and practicality — offering meals that combine convenience with great taste.Who We're Looking ForA dynamic Head of Sales who is enthusiastic about outdoor, adventure, and emergency nutrition solutions;Someone who can passionately promote and sell our unique freeze-dried meals to target European and other markets such as outdoor retailers, emergency preparedness brands, and on-the-go lifestyle stores.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and expand distribution channels for freeze-dried meals;Develop and maintain relationships with European distributors, retailers, and partners in the adventure and convenience food sectors, with future expansion into the Arab market;Conduct product demos and attend trade shows to create brand awareness (2-5 times a year);Highlight our products’ benefits: nutritional convenience, long shelf life, portability, and clean ingredients;Promote our best-selling items like English Breakfast, Buckwheat with Chicken & Dill, Chicken Curry, and Apple Cinnamon Crumble and 40 other products from our company.Ideal Candidate ProfileProven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in food retail, outdoor gear, or emergency supplies;Excellent communication and negotiation skills;Fluent in English;Passionate about clean, sustainable nutrition and solving real-life challenges;Self-starter with strong organizational skills, ready to drive partnerships and close deals.Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven company revolutionizing ready-to-eat meals;Collaborate with a passionate team committed to sustainability and innovation;Base salary from €3000 gross + performance bonuses, depending on achieved sales volume;Office in Salaspils (it is not necessary to work on site often);Flexible work environment — embrace creativity, autonomy, and shared growth.
