ROOFMASTER prioritizes professionalism, precision, and durability, offering warranties of up to 30 years on their work. Their mission is to help flat-roofed building owners save time and money while ensuring their buildings remain dry, warm, and valuable. Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee sales initiatives, develop strategies for business growth, and manage relationships with clients to drive sales performance. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riga, where the Sales Manager will also participate in project planning and manage customer accounts. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship managementStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsKnowledge in market analysis and strategy developmentBasic understanding of technical roofing solutions is a plusExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesResult-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targetsProficiency in relevant software tools and CRM platformsFluency in English and Latvian; additional languages are a bonusBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferredAbility to work effectively on-site in Riga
