We are expanding our international business and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to promote and sell H3C IT and CT products, strengthen partnerships, and drive market growth.Key Responsibilities•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute sales strategies for H3C IT and CT equipment.•⁠ ⁠Identify and engage new business partners, distributors, and enterprise clients.•⁠ ⁠Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and market share.•⁠ ⁠Prepare and deliver commercial offers, proposals, and product presentations.•⁠ ⁠Meet or exceed sales targets and business development objectives.•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.•⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and new opportunities.•⁠ ⁠Represent H3C at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.Requirements•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT infrastructure or telecom equipment (servers, storage, networking, etc.).•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of the IT/Telecom market and key vendors (Huawei, Cisco, HPE, Dell, etc.).•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.•⁠ ⁠Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented personality.•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English; or other language skills are an advantage.We Offer•⁠ ⁠Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.•⁠ ⁠Opportunity to represent a globally recognized technology brand.•⁠ ⁠Continuous professional training and certification on H3C products.•⁠ ⁠Dynamic, international working environment with career growth opportunities.Salary:From EUR 2,500 net (after taxes) — depending on experience, competencies, and full compliance with the listed requirements.Please send your CV to europe@uzinfocom.com.🌐 https://uzinfocom.eu
