With a strong presence across Europe and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead their commercial operations in the Netherlands and beyond.Role OverviewAs Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships. You will lead a high-performing sales team, collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, and report directly to the executive leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.Identify new market opportunities and oversee key account management.Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment.Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior leadership.Drive digital transformation and CRM adoption across the sales function.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and internationally as required.
