As a Procurement Process Support, you will be at the core of establishing, managing, and continuously improving procurement processes across the organization. Your role ensures the procurement function runs efficiently, transparently, and in compliance with internal and external standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support process optimization, reporting, and system implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and Managing Procurement Processes (25%)Design, implement, and maintain procurement processes, procedures, templates, and documentation.Ensure standardization and efficiency across procurement workflows aligned with organizational goals.Ensuring Compliance (20%)Safeguard compliance through contract management support, supplier evaluations, and internal audit readiness.Monitor procurement activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.Procurement Approval Process (20%)Manage the Procurement Committee (PCCP) process, including contract preparation, progress tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders.Act as key/admin user of the E-signing tool, setting up and maintaining approval flows for contracts and agreements.Data Integrity and Reporting (20%)Develop and manage procurement reports such as market data analysis, raw material indices, spend analysis, and supplier performance metrics.Maintain data accuracy and apply continuous improvements to reporting and monitoring frameworks.System Implementation Involvement (15%)Support the implementation of new procurement and financial systems.Document requirements, contribute to testing, provide training, and participate in roll-outs.Profiel:Experience & Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a related fieldProven experience in procurement operations, process improvement, and reportingFamiliarity with contract management and supplier evaluation processes is a plusPersonal Qualities:Strong process-thinking and workflow optimization abilitiesHigh attention to detail and analytical mindsetQuality- and compliance-focused approach to workEffective communicator with a structured, results-driven mindsetSelf-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skillsTeam player who values collaboration and cross-functional engagementTechnical Skills:Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with E-signing tool like Docusign (for digital contract management and approvals), SAP or other Procurement related systems (for Source to pay process and reporting processes (Coupa, Ariba, etc.)Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Tableau and/or Power BI);Comfortable with data analysis tools, ERP or procurement systems, and adaptable to new technologies and process changes.What do we offer?We offer a varied job with a high degree of independence and a pleasant working environment.a varied job: no day is the same.
