NesAfric is a fast-growing property management platform built for Ghana’s rental market. We help landlords and property managers track tenants, send digital receipts, and manage their properties from anywhere in the world. We’re looking for a high-performing Head of Sales & Growth to lead our sales engine, drive market adoption, and build partnerships across Ghana’s real estate ecosystem.Role Overview: The Head of Sales & Growth will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, building strong industry partnerships, managing the referral network, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role is for someone who understands PropTech, SaaS, and the Ghanaian rental market — and can turn opportunities into revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a national sales strategy to onboard landlords, property managers, and real estate agencies.Recruit, train, and manage field sales executives and referral partners.Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.Build partnerships with estate developers, property managers, housing agents, and real estate associations.Lead demos, presentations, and product pitches to prospective clients.Track sales performance, pipelines, and conversion metrics.Work closely with the product team to incorporate market feedback and improve the platform.Represent NesAfric at industry events, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings.Drive brand visibility through coordinated marketing and growth campaigns.Requirements4+ years of experience in sales, business development, PropTech, SaaS, or real estate.Strong network within Ghana’s real estate and property management space.Proven experience closing deals with SMEs or enterprise clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage and motivate a distributed sales team.Data-driven, target-focused, and relentless about results.Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and mobile-based workflow.What We’re Looking ForA strategic thinker with strong execution skills.A relationship-builder with a hunter mindset.Someone who thrives in fast-growing startup environments.Someone who wants to help shape the future of rental technology in Ghana.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonuses.Commission incentives for team success.Leadership role with growth into Country Manager as we expand.Opportunity to build a national sales operation from the ground up.Work with a visionary team building one of Ghana’s leading PropTech solutions.How to Apply: Send your CV and a brief introduction to: 📧 careers@nesafric.com
