We are mandated by our client, a leading Swiss industrial manufacturing company located in the Zürich area, to recruit for a new Head of SAP Competence Center. It's on offer a permanent contract. Hybrid working model. You will manage an international team and play a leading role in shaping the company’s SAP strategy and future transformation to S/4HANA. Your Job:Lead and develop a senior SAP teamOwn the SAP landscape: operations, roadmap, continuous improvementsAct as delivery lead across projects, change requests, and support topicsBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT leadershipGuide the S/4HANA transformation and promote best practices in ERPManage vendors, contracts, and budgets related to SAPYour Profile:Proven leadership in SAP (5+ years team direct management)Strong experience across SAP modules (ideally certified in FI, CO, MM, SD, or PP)Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation and SAP transformationsSkilled in stakeholder management and working across global teamsFluent English AND German
