If you’re passionate about leadership, strategy, and driving growth through exceptional talent, we’d love to hear from you.Why Join?You’ll be joining a business during a pivotal phase of international expansion, with direct access to senior leadership and the mandate to shape how the company attracts, engages, and retains top talent across diverse markets.This is an opportunity to:  •  Lead a regional Talent Acquisition team and set the standard for best-in-class delivery.  •  Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast and execute against ambitious growth plans.  •  Drive innovation across employer branding, talent pipelines, and process design.  •  Influence strategic decisions that directly impact creative and operational success.Role Deliverables  •  Own and deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy across MENA and EMEA, aligned to business goals.  •  Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of recruiters to ensure high performance and collaboration.  •  Partner with executives to define workforce planning and deliver against critical hiring objectives.  •  Design and scale recruitment processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.  •  Champion the employer brand, ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate experience.  •  Leverage talent analytics to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and insight-driven decisions.  •  Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and business leaders to support broader people initiatives.Location: UAE (hybrid or flexible for strong regional candidates)Start: ASAP
What We’re Looking For  •  Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition across MENA and/or EMEA.  •  Strong understanding of entertainment or creative-sector hiring — across technical, commercial, and production functions.  •  Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing TA teams.  •  Ability to align recruitment strategy with broader organisational goals.  •  Data-driven mindset with proven use of insights and metrics to optimise performance.  •  Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.We appreciate all interest, but please note that only candidates with relevant regional leadership experience will be considered for this role.Interested or know someone who could be a great fit?
