Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our internal team here at HireUA. This is a fully remote position (see full details below).In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, moving them through our placement process, and closing deals. This means happy clients and happy candidates.You will own the full cycle of recruiting experience:Speaking with clients to understand their needs, crafting appropriate job descriptionsProcessing inbound applicants, headhunting when neededCoordinating interviews between candidates and clientsPreparing candidates for their interviews with clientsManaging contracts, invoices, and onboarding to guarantee a smooth startYou will work directly with our clients to help their businesses grow and get the talent they need.We're a fast-growing company that places remote talent from primarily Eastern Europe and Latin America with American, UK, and Australian businesses. We work primarily with marketing, operational, and IT positions.We've grown rapidly over the last few years and are expanding into new markets, and of course - growing the team itself.Success in this role looks like:Fast time to first candidates and interviewsClients thrilled with quality, extending offers quicklySmooth start dates and onboardingStrong placement success and long-term retentionFull ownership of your outcomes — clients and candidates with your name attachedIn this job you'll be responsible for:Sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for our placementsManaging candidate expectations, questions, and relationships - you are the primary point of contact for the candidates throughout the duration of their relationship with us/our client.Managing client relationships, this goes beyond scheduling. Sometimes you will need to push back and set expectations. You will need to coordinate between multiple stakeholders.Experience:Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Recruiter, working on both the candidate and client side of the businessFluent English both written and verbal (ideally C1)A desire to work with speed and to have an attitude to just "get it done" - one of our core values is "Outcomes Over Optics" - sometimes this industry is tough (we are placing humans with other humans, and there's a lot of "human element"), so it's important that you sometimes just do what needs to get done to make both client and candidate happy.Company Structure/Interview Process:We are a flat, agile company. You will be trusted to deliver results end-to-end. This application goes directly to the Founder, and he will be the one reaching out to you. The process is:Initial screeningShort scenario trial (~1 hour)In-depth interviewWe move fast - typically the process takes less than 5 days.Other Details:Important: This is a full-time Independent Contractor role (not official employment in your country). If that setup isn’t right for you, please don’t apply.Standard hours are 09:00–17:00 EST (15:00–23:00 CET). Once you’ve shown consistency, we’re flexible - outcomes matter more than clock time.We're a global team and open to anyone worldwide, but it's worth noting that most of the team is based in Europe.
