Human Resources Specialist

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide dedicated HR support to our business units in Serbia. You will act as a strategic partner to local management, driving people initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities:Business Partnership: Partner with line managers to align HR strategies with business goals.Employee Relations: Manage the entire employee lifecycle and handle complex ER cases in compliance with Serbian labor law.Performance & Talent: Drive performance management, talent review, succession planning, and leadership development.HR Operations: Oversee local HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll coordination.Compensation & Benefits: Support the annual compensation review and manage local C&B programs.Data & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or HRBP.In-depth knowledge of Serbian labor law and HR practices is essential.Proven experience in employee relations and performance management.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Serbian and English.
