Backed by leading investors and visionary founders, the team is now preparing for its next phase of growth — scaling talent, culture, and operations for long-term success.We’re searching for the company’s first Head of Talent & Operations, a strategic and hands-on leader who will partner closely with the founders to build the foundations of an exceptional organization.As Head of Talent & Operations, you’ll own two key pillars:Talent – designing and executing the hiring strategy, shaping employer brand, and building an outstanding candidate experience.Operations – developing the processes, systems, and rituals that allow the company to scale effectively.This is a high-impact role for a builder who loves creating structure, culture, and momentum from the ground up.What You’ll Do:Talent:Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy aligned with company goals.Partner with leadership to define hiring needs across tech, research, and business teams.Build scalable recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding.Shape employer brand and candidate experience to attract top talent.Establish metrics and tools for hiring efficiency and quality.Operations:Design and optimize internal processes (e.g. onboarding, communication, goal setting, culture rituals).Partner with founders on people ops topics such as performance, engagement, and retention.Build systems and infrastructure to support rapid, sustainable growth.Oversee administrative and operational functions as the company scales (e.g. HR tools, office, vendors).About You:Experience building or scaling People, Talent, or Operations functions in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and people operations.Excited by the idea of being the first hire in this domain — creating frameworks, not inheriting them.Strategic yet hands-on: comfortable switching between big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.Fluent in English; German is a plus.Based in Berlin (hybrid flexibility).Why Join:Opportunity to shape the culture, processes, and growth of a pioneering AI company.Work closely with visionary founders and a world-class technical team.Build a people-first organization with real impact.Competitive compensation and early equity potential.
