We are an organisation committed to embracing and developing a diverse workforce so that they develop to realise their full potential and provide you with the ability to make an impact with the next generation of mineral exploration drilling company.With our footprint continuing to expand we are looking for a dedicated and professional Head Office Reporting Manager to join our Mauritius office.Head Office Reporting ManagerLocation: Ebene MauritiusThe Head Office Reporting Manager oversees the financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for the Group’s holding companies and intermediary holding entities. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial records, leads a team of accountants, and acts as a key liaison between Group Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and external auditors.ResponsibilitiesOversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for holding and intermediary entitiesEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standardsReview and approve journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedulesMaintain accurate intercompany balances and ensure timely settlement and reconciliationManage statutory reporting requirements, including annual financial statements and regulatory filingsCoordinate with Tax, Treasury, and Legal to ensure all adjustments and provisions are recordedSupport year‑end audit processes, including preparation of audit files and responding to auditor queriesMaintain strong internal controls over financial reporting for head office entitiesIdentify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and controlWork closely with Group Tax on transfer pricing, tax provisioning, and statutory compliancePartner with Treasury on cash forecasting, planning, loan agreements, interest calculations, and cash movementsCoordinate with Legal on corporate structure changes, incorporations, liquidations, and entity governanceSupport Group Finance with consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting inputsSupport corporate restructuring, acquisitions, disposals, and intercompany reorganisationsAssist with system upgrades, automation initiatives, and process standardisation across the GroupLead ad‑hoc analysis and reporting for senior managementLead, coach, and develop a team of accountants responsible for head office entitiesAllocate workloads, set priorities, and ensure high‑quality deliverablesDrive continuous improvement in processes, controls, and team capabilityConduct performance reviews and support professional developmentRequirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) strongly preferred7–10+ years of experience in financial accounting or reporting, ideally within a multinational groupExperience managing holding companies or complex corporate structuresStrong leadership experience managing accounting teamsProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skillsExperience with IFRS and external audit processesLike to know more?
