Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Camp Coordinator based in Lahore. The Health Camp Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and management of medical camps in rural and underserved areas. Daily tasks include coordinating with medical teams, managing logistics, supervising support staff, liaising with communities, and ensuring the smooth delivery of healthcare services. Additionally, the role involves reporting on camp outcomes, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and promoting health education within local communities. Qualifications Experience in planning and organizing camps or similar community eventsStrong supervisory skills and the ability to lead and coordinate teams effectivelyExcellent communication skills to interact with medical staff, community members, and stakeholdersBackground in education or experience working on awareness programsProven experience working with children and vulnerable populationsProficiency in MS Office and project management toolsAbility to work under pressure and handle challenging situationsPreferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health sciences, public health, or a related field
