Role Description As a Professional Takaful Advisor, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, providing personalized financial and Takaful advice, and assisting clients in selecting Shariah-compliant savings and protection solutions. You will educate clients on financial products and services, manage portfolios, and meet sales targets. This is a full-time hybrid role based in all major cities of Pakistan, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Client relationship management, negotiation skills, and effective communication.Understanding of Islamic financial principles and basic financial concepts.Sales and business development experience, with a focus on achieving performance targets.Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple client portfolios.Proficiency in presenting and explaining financial products to clients.Confidence and motivation to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or a related industry is a plus.
