The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, developing menus, maintaining kitchen safety and hygiene standards, and managing kitchen inventory. The role includes supervising kitchen staff, ensuring the quality, flavor, and presentation of dishes, and collaborating with management to deliver excellent F&B services. Creativity in menu development and the ability to cater to diverse dietary preferences are also key responsibilities.QualificationsStrong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planningKnowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation standards, and food storage practicesLeadership and team management abilities, with skills in supervising and training staffExperience with inventory management, supply ordering, and maintaining cost efficiencyCreativity in developing diverse and innovative menusAbility to adapt to diverse client preferences, including dietary restrictions and cultural cuisinesRelevant certifications in culinary arts or a related field are highly preferredPrevious experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous
