Committed to delivering premium landscaping products, Kebun Rumput aims to enhance outdoor spaces for its customers with reliable service and expertise.Job Description:Record and monitor the performance of labour, reporting to the Operations Manager.Ensure labour movements to sites/farms follow the planned schedule.Ensure all equipment, fertilizers, seeds, water sources, fuel, and other resources for maintenance, production, and delivery are available and in good working condition.Assist in coordinating trucks for delivery processes.Supervise daily tasks of labourers.Conduct quality control checks to maintain the standard of grass.Train, guide, and motivate labourers to achieve productivity targets.Ensure labourers follow deadlines, schedules, and target output.Required Skills / Qualifications:Proven experience in team supervision or leadership.Strong scheduling and coordination skills.Knowledge of garden operations, grass maintenance, and resource management.Ability to perform quality control effectively.Basic reporting skills to record labour performance and site progress.Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions and feedback.Problem-solving and decision-making skills on site.Strong time management and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Motivational skills to train and guide the labour team.
