Our European headquarters in Mechelen, Belgium covers a wide geographical reach (Europe, Africa, India, the Americas) and is home to Nipro Medical EMEA, Nipro PharmaPackaging International, and the Institute for Medical Practice (iMEP) Belgium.Reporting Line:The HP Product Specialist will report directly into the country manager of Nipro Middle East (NIME) and will have a functional dotted line to the EMEA category manger Hospital products.Area of responsibility:Middle East countriesPosition Overview:The Hospital Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting, managing, and coordinating the commercialization of a portfolio of healthcare products, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales & direct profit objectives. This role involves direct engagement with hospitals, oversight of national distributors under his / her responsibility and supervision of logistical processes to ensure product availability and quality standards.Key responsibilities:Hospital Visits:• Identify and establish relationships with key hospital departments involved in purchasing decisions (e.g., pharmacy, procurement, oncology, pain management departments).• Present and promote products from the portfolio, highlighting their benefits and alignment with client-specific needs.Distributor Management:• Coordinate and oversee relationships with national distributors to ensure proper supply chain coverage and product availability.• Ensure distributors meet quality standards and agreed delivery timelines.Sales Forecasting Oversight• Monitor and analyses sales forecasts from hospitals and distributors, adjusting strategies to meet commercial goals.• Ensures compliance between customer & manufacturing corporate forecast.Requirements• Relevant or bachelor’s degree in biology, pharmacy or bio related science, biomedical, chemistry.• At least 4-5 years of prior experience in sales roles.• Prior experience in sales of hospital, oncology-related products and/or (ambulatory) IV infusion.• Team player, proactive and customer oriented.• Must have a valid driving licence.Key Competencies• Strategic thinking and business vision.• Data-driven decision-making.• Effective communication and negotiation skills.• Adaptability and change management.• Excellent English language command
