The position is responsible for the overall customer service impression of the property for handling guests check-in, check-out, requests and inquiries. Ensures smooth and efficient operation of The Mini Suites reception area.Guest ServicesEfficient check-in and check-out Positive guest comments/feedbackAnticipate guest needs, handle guest inquiries/complaints, and solve problems as they ariseHandling of VIPs and special requestsGuest Room ControlAble to allocate rooms according to guest preference/guest stay historyRoom upselling / paid room upgradeCashiering and controlNo shortage or overage on cash fundNo audit findings for the last 3 monthsCandidate must possess at a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.At least 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience as Front Office Agent / Guest Service Agent in a Hotel settingRequired Skill(s): Excellent Customer Service, Cashiering, PMS
