🌴 Resort Manager – Caribbean Island Destination (Not in Spain)Are you ready to lead a vibrant, family-owned resort in one of the Caribbean’s (not in Spain) most beautiful destinations?We are conducting an exclusive search on behalf of an independent, family-operated beachfront resort located on a tropical island off the coast of Central America.This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on General Manager to oversee all aspects of a well-established, activity-rich 4-star resort known for its diving, beaches, and relaxed island atmosphere.The OpportunityThe role requires a leader who can bring structure, organization, staffing, and operational efficiency to an already successful property. You’ll work directly with ownership and lead a seasoned team across Rooms, F&B, Recreation, and Events to deliver consistent service, profitability, and long-term stability.Ideal CandidateWe’re seeking either:A strong #2—such as a Resort Manager or Director of Operations—ready to step into their first GM role,orA seasoned GM who’s toward the later stage of their career and wants to continue contributing in a meaningful, hands-on way without the pressure of a corporate environment.Candidate ProfileProven leadership in 4- or 5-star resort or hotel operations (80–300 rooms).Excellent financial acumen and organizational discipline.Strong team builder with emphasis on accountability and service culture.Experience in Latin America, the Caribbean, or other island/remote locations preferred.Fluency in English and Spanish required.Candidates from Latin America or Spain are especially encouraged to apply.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive tax-adjusted salaryAnnual bonus up to 3 months’ salary.Housing allowance, private medical insurance, company car, meals, and annual airfare.This role is ideal for someone who values integrity, balance, and a genuine connection with ownership, staff, and guests.
