We are seeking an experienced Resident Manager to join our team for the 2026 season in Santorini. The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for hospitality and a proven background in hotel operations, playing a key role in overseeing daily functions and ensuring an exceptional level of guest satisfaction across our properties. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, provide ongoing guidance and support, and implement effective strategies to elevate the overall guest experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are committed to delivering outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Manage and train the hotel staff to provide excellent customer serviceEnsure smooth running of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures and responding to guest inquiriesGreeting guests, enhancing guests' relations, and promoting the company's services and facilitiesReceiving guests' feedback while on-premises to ensure their satisfactionHandle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and goal achivementsInspecting hotel rooms, facilities and personnel to confirm the high quality of provided servicesCreate and implement policies and supervise procedures for all departments according company's SOPs and goalsManage and monitor purchases according to budget and hotel's needsMaintain a high level of professionalism and lead by exampleReporting to the managementRequirementsProven experience in boutique hotel management or a similar roleExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesCustomer-centric mindset and commitment to providing exceptional serviceAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentKnowledge of industry best practices and relevant regulationsDegree in Hospitality Management or a related fieldBenefitsResidenceMeal & Meal VoucherPerformance Bonus
