Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Housekeeping Assistant located in Ilam, with some work from home possible. The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, managing laundry duties, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring proper organization. Additional responsibilities include effectively communicating with guests and staff, and occasionally assisting in training new housekeeping staff. Qualifications Proficiency in Laundry, and Organization SkillsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Training staffStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskPrevious experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
