We're Hiring at Jidaar Construction & Development!We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our growing team.Job Description:Recruitment & Staffing:• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring updates.• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit and culture alignment.• Schedule and follow up on technical interviews and feedback with hiring managers.Personnel & Administration:• Maintain up-to-date HR records and generate reports to support informed decision-making and compliance.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, attendance, leaves, and personal files.• Handle social insurance registration, cancellation, and monthly reporting for all employees in compliance with labor laws.Requirements :• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry.• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
