Role: HR & Admin ExecutiveLocation: Bo Win Subdistrict, Si Racha District, Chonburi 20110Job Type: PermanentRole PurposeThe HR & Admin Executive will in close collaboration with the local leadership teams drive the P&C agenda. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, local compliance, and an engaging work environment. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and contracts to payroll and visas, while also managing key government reporting and BOI documentation. A successful candidate will maintain smooth internal operations, uphold labour standards, and ensure regulatory alignment that supports the companys long-term stability and growth. The role will cover HR activities across the region.Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Employee SupportAct as the Regional point of contact for employees and managers with a primary focus on our production site in Thailand.Manage day-to-day HR administration including contracts, employee data, attendance, and payroll coordination with external providers.Support onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.Handle general employee queries with a focus on service, accuracy, and confidentiality.Coordinate application and renewal of visas and work permits for local and foreign employees2. Recruitment & Talent ManagementCoordinate regional recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and the P&C team.Support workforce planning and ensure timely hiring for production and office roles.Facilitate training coordination, skills mapping, and development tracking for employees.3. Employee Relations & EngagementFoster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.Support implementation of engagement initiatives and employee surveys.Assist in managing disciplinary or grievance cases in line with local labor law and company policies.4. HR Compliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to local laws and regulations, company policies, and safety regulations.Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for CSRD reporting and audits.Support compliance with QEHS standards and HR-related health and safety requirements.Upon request prepare regular HR reports and data summaries for the managers and global P&C5. Collaboration & Regional SupportWork closely with P&C colleagues to implement global and regional HR initiatives.Support change management and cultural development activities aligned with the Business Areas strategic goals.Act as a key link between the site and corporate HR to ensure alignment in communication, policies, and employee experience.QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Officer role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar).Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting HR activities in a regional or global company structure.Exposure to continuous improvement, safety, or quality-focused environments (e.g., ISO-certified sites).Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across cultural and organizational levels.Key ResponsibilitiesIn close collaboration with the local leadership teams drive the P&C agendaImplement and run programs that support business requirements and are aligned with the organizations overall P&C strategy.Employee and labour relations and communicationsOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceRewards program coordination and/or administrationMaintain pay plan and benefits programAssess training needs to apply and monitor training programsSecure compliance with federal, state and local employment lawsHuman Resources ManagementOversee time attendance systems and vacation trackingManage payroll processes and ensure legal complianceDraft, update, and manage employee contractsLead recruitment and onboarding processesMaintain up-to-date employee records and HR databasesHandle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and Thai labour lawsLead staff communication efforts and employee engagement initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies and labour regulationsSubmit required reports to:Social Security OfficeLabor Department (including annual employee report)Revenue DepartmentVisa & Work Permit AdministrationCoordinate application and renewal of visas and work permits for local and foreign employeesManage administrative tasks for business travel, including visa arrangementsLiaise with external agents, government offices, and staff on visa/work permit needsQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field5+ years of experience in HR management with exposure to BOI regulationsStrong knowledge of Thai labour laws and social security regulationsFamiliarity with HR systems and tools (ie Workday), confidence working with HR metricsHands-on experience with work permits, visa processing, and BOI reportingExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills in Thai and EnglishAbility to liaise confidently with government officials, external agents, and internal stakeholders
