Join us to make a meaningful impact, foster growth, and build a workplace where everyone can succeed.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for all people-related issues within the office business, providing expert guidance and support to leaders and employees.Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment process focus on manager level and below, from workforce planning and talent sourcing to onboarding and integration, ensuring the right talent joins our organization.Workforce Planning: Develop and monitor strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives, anticipating future needs and enabling growth.Performance Management: Oversee the performance management cycle, coaching managers through goal setting, feedback, and development conversations to build a high-performance culture.Employee Engagement: Design and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, creating a positive and inclusive workplace.Talent Management & Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees, facilitate development opportunities, and create succession plans to ensure organizational continuity.Training & Development: Assess training needs and coordinate impactful learning programs that drive professional growth and skill enhancement across teams.Productivity Improvement: Partner with management to analyze workforce productivity, recommend improvements, and implement best practices for efficiency.Resignation & Offboarding: Manage the resignation and offboarding process with empathy and professionalism, ensuring compliance, knowledge transfer, and positive employee experiences.Collaboration: Work closely with the management team and line managers to proactively address people challenges, mediate conflicts, and support organizational change.Required Qualifications & Work ExperiencesEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
