Job Description

ResponsibilitiesManage HR function all process for logistics-related positions (Freight Forwarding, Warehouse, Transportation)Coordinate with Chinese-speaking managers, partners, and overseas teamProvide guidance to employees on HR policies and company regulations.Work closely with department managers to resolve workplace issues.Maintain employee records and HR documents (contracts, renewals, promotions).Communicate and coordinate with Chinese teams regarding HR-related matters.Translate simple documents (Chinese–Thai or Chinese–English).Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and internal policies.Update HR policies and monitor compliance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations (experience in logistics is a plus).Ability to communicate in Chinese (speaking) and good command of English.Strong understanding of HR processes: recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR administration.Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with overseas teams.Familiarity with labor laws and basic HR compliance.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
