Our client Rozee is looking for a HR & Administration Officer - Manufacturing in PhaliaRozee is seeking a dedicated Factory HR & Admin Officer to oversee and coordinate the human resources and administrative functions within our manufacturing facility in Phalia, Pakistan. This role involves managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, monitoring attendance and leave, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting overall office administration. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and possesses at least three years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential to excel in this position.The Factory HR & Admin Officer will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace environment by facilitating smooth communication, supporting employee engagement activities, and implementing HR policies consistently. This position does not include managing a team but requires close collaboration with various departments to provide comprehensive HR and administrative support that ensures operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes to attract and select qualified candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Monitor daily attendance, process leave requests, and coordinate payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate compensation. Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new employees by providing necessary resources and information to facilitate their integration. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations to maintain a lawful and safe workplace environment. Handle general administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating facility maintenance, and liaising with vendors to support smooth daily operations. Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives to promote a positive work culture and improve staff morale. Implement and maintain discipline policies and HR protocols consistently throughout the organization. Collaborate closely with different departments to provide necessary HR and administrative assistance, ensuring cross-functional coordination.
