About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organizationSource candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managersMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metricsSupport employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline developmentAssist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communicationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcingAbility to work in the assigned shift (2 PM – 10 PM)Detail-oriented, proactive, and organizedWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefitsCollaborative and growth-oriented work environmentOpportunity to work with a dynamic team and make an impact
