This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes and a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle / HR OperationsCoordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks, including new hire setup, HRIS entry, and required documentation.Track new hire onboarding milestones and send timely reminders.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including changes in status, position, and benefits.Assist employees with benefits inquiries and coordinate benefits enrollment and changes.Support annual benefits enrollment and maintain benefits documentation.HR Systems & DocumentationSupport digitization initiatives to improve HR recordkeeping and workflow.Provide support with timecard corrections, data entry, and HR reporting.Maintain org charts, employee directories, and locker assignments.Employee Engagement & CommunicationsAssist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and company events.Help create communications or materials to support HR initiatives.Administrative SupportProvide administrative support including scheduling, travel coordination, and vendor follow-up.Serve as backup for front desk coverage.Provide general administrative assistance as needed across various HR projects.Qualifications1-3 years of HR or administrative experience.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR fieldPreferredFamiliarity with collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, Canva or similar.Background supporting onboarding, payroll, or compliance.Experience planning or supporting employee engagement initiatives.Pay Range: $18.00/ hour - $25.00/hour.
